LIVE FOOD STATIONS

Live food stations create an engaging and immersive foodie experience. These can include a Mex Taco Bar with free flowing flavour packed tacos and chilli con-carne made live by our taco team, a Spanish Station with paella served live in front of everyone from the grand pans, an exotic oriental escape with towers of bamboo steamers filled with dumplings at the YumCha Bar or a beautiful Italiano experience with our Amalfi menu with the iconic Cacio e Pepe cheese wheel as the main showpiece. 

 

GRAZING

Beautiful long grazing stations styled with an elegant rustic look and feel for an authentic grazing experience. The graze can be filled with a selection of artisanal antipasto and soiree of international and local cheese, smoked and cured charcuterie, housemade dips and accompaniments and served with fresh baked buns, toasted crackers, dried and seasonal fruit, guests will handpick little treats throughout the night. Premium additions can be made with a selection of fresh seafood with king prawns and Sydney rock oyster, rare roast beef with salsa verde and salmon gravlax and mustard cream.

 

BESPOKE MENUS

Bespoke curated menus designed for specific event briefs to help amplify a concept or occasion. Examples can include Coachella Festival with Hot Daawg Bar, Burger Bar and Chilli Con-Carne Station, Mediterranean Island Escape to the Italian, Greek and Spanish islands,Hong Kong Tea House with YumCha Bar and Chow Mien Noodles in noodles box, Summer Tropical Vibes with a touch of the Caribbean, Mexico and South East Asia, Diwali festival with colour and deep flavours, Thanksgiving and Xmas with roast meats and veg with a selection of gravies to pair flavours.

 

CANAPE

Delicate and crafted canape designed to suit every occasion. Our canape menu is perfect as finger food and can be easily paired with your shared feasting, graze or live food station. These petite flavourbombs excite.

 

DELIVERY & DROP

Delivery service can be presented in box platters and individual bowls to event location for breakfast, lunch and dinner catering.

 

COCKTAIL BAR & SERVICE

Live cocktail bar service with mixologist designing, shaking and baking an incredible cocktail experience, along with standard pour and top ups on the floor. We also provide cocktail pouches for delivery.

 

STAFFING

Our Foodie Crew are trained up and ready to attend and provide exceptional service.

 

VIP LUNCH / DINNER

Menus can be curated and designed for small VIP lunches or dinner for 8-24 guests with a 3, 4 or 5 course setting.
